We hope you love your Child of God pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
For change of mind or incorrect sizing, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
For exchanges, Child of God will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty, damaged or missing item, or an item that is not as described, please contact us and we will cover the associated return and replacement shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
